Ravangla: Ravangla is a small town in South Sikkim that attracts visitors with its scenic beauty and tranquil environment. The town offers magnificent views of the snow-capped mountains, including Mt. Kanchenjunga. You can visit the Buddha Park, which houses a towering statue of Buddha and offers panoramic vistas. The Ralong Monastery and the Ralang Hot Springs are other notable attractions in Ravangla.

Namchi: Namchi is the district headquarters of South Sikkim and a major tourist destination. It is known for its beautiful gardens, monasteries, and the colossal statue of Guru Padmasambhava, also known as the Samdruptse statue. The statue overlooks the town and offers panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. You can also visit the Namchi Rock Garden, Temi Tea Garden, and the Char Dham, a pilgrimage complex featuring replicas of four sacred sites of Hinduism.

Samdruptse Hill: Located near Namchi, Samdruptse Hill is home to the Samdruptse Monastery and the iconic statue of Guru Padmasambhava. The monastery holds religious significance, and the statue stands tall at a height of 135 feet, making it one of the tallest statues of Guru Padmasambhava in the world.

Tendong Hill: Tendong Hill is a scenic spot located near Ravangla. It is believed to be a dormant volcano and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding valleys and mountains. The hill is also known for its diverse flora and fauna, making it an excellent place for nature enthusiasts.

Temi Tea Garden: Located between Ravangla and Namchi, the Temi Tea Garden is the only tea garden in Sikkim. It offers a picturesque setting with terraced tea plantations amidst rolling hills. You can take a tour of the garden, learn about tea production, and taste some refreshing tea.

Borong Hot Springs: Borong is a beautiful village in South Sikkim known for its hot springs. The Borong Hot Springs are believed to have medicinal properties, and visitors can enjoy a relaxing dip in the natural hot water pools surrounded by lush greenery.

Maenam Wildlife Sanctuary: Maenam Wildlife Sanctuary is a protected area in South Sikkim and home to diverse flora and fauna. The sanctuary offers various trekking trails, and if you're lucky, you may spot rare species like the red panda, Himalayan black bear, and musk deer.
